  4. Awesome!!
The NJ Marathon is in early April is a flat fun course. The spectators are awesome (standing in the pouring rain last year) It's at Long Branch and you run along the water for some
    Good Luck!!
(then they have a relay team marathon in Asbury Park in Oct that you can be teams of 1 I have heard good things about)

  7. For a minnesota race I suggest Grandma's Marathon in Duluth. One of the best races! It's in the month of June.

  13. Hi Stephanie,
My wife Michael and I ran across your blog accidentally on a Google search. We love it! We are now followers. After reading about some of your races, I see that we both ran the Mississippi Blues Marathon last year in Jackson, MS – man, that was cold.

I felt like I needed to tell you that your blog really motivated me to start my own blog for my family and friends. http://50after40.blogspot.com (I only have two followers at this point) It’s basically a total rip-off of your idea, ha-sorry! But I’m using it as a journal of sorts so my family can track my progress.

Thanks for the great ideas from your site, and good luck with the rest of your journey. It looks like you are almost at your goal.

    Sincerely,
    Jim Weatherly
    Be Great Today!

I’m so excited to run and go camping with my friends all weekend. They’re even giving me a free beer! Is anyone else doing this race??
